Initial Visit

Comprehensive In-Home visit

This visits includes a thorough health history, examination of the spine, nervous system, and movement patterns. You will also receive your first adjustment (outside of rare exceptions that require a referral or imaging). Your goals will be discussed and the appropriate care plan will be recommended based on your examination and personal goals.

This visit allows us to determine whether concierge care is the right fit for you before beginning a care plan. Hands on time during your initial visit is approximately 45-50 minutes. For subsequent visit, please allow approximately 20 minutes of hands on time.

Why care is offered in Plans:

Healing does not happen in a single visit.

Chiropractic care works best when it’s consistent and intentional. Plans allow care to be delivered in a way that supports meaningful change rather than short-term relief. Healing is a process and time is required to support tissue remodeling and joint motion restoration, stress physiology and nervous system regulation changes, and habit formation around movement and posture.

Ongoing visits outside of care plans

Single visits outside of care plans are available at $150 per visit after the initial appointment.

Pediatric visits can be added on to a parents visit for $50. This requires pre-booking and the child going through a separate initial visit prior to being eligible for add on.

  • Reset Plan (6 Visits)

    $750 package (125 per visit)

    Designed to calm pain, reduce inflammation, and rebalance the nervous system.

    Includes:

    • Chiropractic and cranial adjustments

    • Trigger point and extremity joint care

    • Anti-inflammatory nutrition guidance

    • Nervous system stress regulation strategies

    • Pain relief

    • Headaches

    • Stress/tension

    • Returning to care


  • Restore Plan (12 Visits)

    $1,440 (120 per visit)

    Builds on pain relief to restore function of spinal tissues, nerves, and movement patterns.

    Includes everything in the Reset Plan, plus:

    • Posture and Stability exercises

    • Range-of-motion and movement strategies

    This is the signature care experience for most patients.

    Best For:

    • Deeper healing of chronic health concerns

  • Performance Plan (20 Visits)

    $2,300 package (115 per visit)

    Builds on the Restore Plan. Focused on longer term movement efficiency, recovery, and optimization. This plan included visits for a Wellness adjusting schedule post Restore to maintain changes and build on lifestyle habits.

    • Active individuals

    • Athletes

    • High-performing professionals

    • Longevity-focused care

    • For many can be a year long plan or a Wellness Package

  • Included in Restore and Performance Plans or $200 add-on for Reset Plan

    The Spinal Hygiene Package is a guided, at-home support program designed to complement your chiropractic care by helping you maintain mobility, alignment awareness, and healthy movement patterns between visits.

    This is not just “posture correction” in the traditional sense. It is a practical, sustainable approach to caring for your spine as part of everyday life. Consider this the “brushing and flossing” of your spine that can be performed daily.

    This package includes a Wobble Cushion and Spinal Rolls. The wobble cushion exercises are to add overall mobility to the spine and support healthy disc function.

    The spinal rolls are meant to be laid on to help support the curves of the spine and is encouraged to be utilized with breathing exercises.

    This package is ideal for individuals who:

    • Spend long hours sitting or working at a desk
    • Experience stiffness, tension, or limited mobility
    • Want to support long-term spinal health and movement quality
    • Are interested in proactive care rather than reactive treatment
    • Value simple, repeatable habits that fit into real life

    The Spinal Hygiene Package is INCLUDED in the Restore and Performance plans and offered as an add-on service to the Reset care plan.
