    Each visit is private, unrushed, and highly personalized-combining traditional and gentle Chiropractic adjustments, cranial adjustments, trigger points, extremity joint care, guidance on movement, posture, nutrition, and stress management.

    • In keeping with the Philosophy and Vision of this practice, visits are intentionally longer with approximately 20 minutes of hands on time (45 minutes during initial visit). This allows me to calmly adjust the spine in the way that you need that day, as well as address overlooked areas such as the cranial bones, extremities and muscular trigger points.

    • Please allow 60 minutes for your first visit and 30 minutes for follow ups.

    • Throughout a care plan, guidance is provided on nervous system calming techniques, anti-inflammatory and essential nutrient supplements, and movement guidance to restore mobility, stability, and posture.

    • Care Environment Requirements

      To ensure safety, efficiency, and the highest quality of care, visits must take place in a clear, accessible area of the home such as a living room, office, or open space. We kindly ask that animals are secured outside of the area for safety.
